End-to-End User Flow (Mobile Prototype): The hero mobile view features an embedded video walking through the full lifecycle of a lead: TikTok comment → AI auto-reply & DM → instant CRM qualification → AI voice follow-up call → automated email nurture sequence.

The core visual foundation balances technical software capabilities with approachable, human-centered design assets created in Adobe Illustrator:
Custom Character Assets: Designed a friendly AI mascot character using clean vector lines and soft gradients to make machine-learning workflows feel intuitive and welcoming.
